New Route at Tbilisi International Airport

Since June 2, 2015 Kazakhstan Airlines “Air Astana” will perform flights on a new additional route – Astana-Tbilisi-Astana. Direct flights from the capital city of Kazakhstan to Tbilisi will be performed twice a week, on Tuesday and Saturday, via Embraer E-190 type aircraft. “Air Astana” entered Georgian avia market in 2011 and performs regular flights towards Alma-Ata 5 times a week. It is significant, that the amount of “Air Astana” passengers exceeded 120,000 since they have started to operate in Tbilisi. Kazakhstan Airlines - „Air Astana“was founded in 2002. Currently the company performs flights to 25 destinations and owns 30 aircrafts including Boeing 767-300ER, Boeing 757-200, Airbus A320 and Embraer E-190 type aircrafts.
