TAV Operations Services and Bank of Georgia (BoG) signed an agreement regarding utilization of the “primeclass” Lounge at Tbilisi Airport operated by TAV Airports Holding. A ceremony was held to commemorate the signing of the agreement, which opens the doors of our prestigious “primeclass” Lounge and “primeclass” CIP Service to select customers of Georgia’s leading bank.

Bank of Georgia, the country’s leading bank, has signed an agreement with TAV Operations Services to launch a common loyalty card including “primeclass” Lounge privileges “at Tbilisi Airport, operated by TAV Airports, to its customers. As part of the agreement, two separate loyalty cards for the utilization of “primeclass” Lounge and “primeclass” CIP Service will be created for the select corporate and individual customer portfolio of Bank of Georgia. TAV Operations Services General Manager Eda Bildiricioğlu, TAV Georgia General Manager Mete Erkal, TAV Operations Services Assistant General Manager Bora Isbulan and Bank of Georgia Assistant Chief Executive Officer Archil Gachechiladze participated in the signing ceremony held by TAV Operations Services and Bank of Georgia.

TAV Operations Services General Manager Eda Bildiricioglu made a speech at the ceremony, stating: “Today I am very pleased to sign a mutual agreement between TAV Operations Services and Bank of Georgia to extend BOG' s esteemed credit card program benefits. To these benefits will be added privileges available at Tbilisi Airport, operated by TAV Operations Services, which is in charge of developing non-aeronautical revenues at TAV Airports Holding. Recently we have been working on loyalty programs in which we focus on gathering more information regarding passenger attitudes and expectations to fulfill needs and increase retention. I strongly believe initiatives such as these demonstrate that our two companies' strategies overlap. By initiating such a project together we open a new chapter in extending distinctive services we have developed in advertising and leasing at the airport.”

Within the scope of the agreement, an exclusive place to host 60 select customers of Bank of Georgia shall be added to the “primeclass” Lounge which accommodates 80 guests at Tbilisi Airport under the operation of TAV Airports Holding. Besides, two separate loyalty cards having the logos of Bank of Georgia and TAV Georgia lounge cards will be created. Cardholding customers of BoG will enjoy a certain number of free CIP departure and arrival services and the special Lounge services annually. SOLO clients can enjoy Lounge privileges with two children up to the age of 6 for free and bring guests for a special reduced price.
