Ukrainian Air Company “UTair-Ukraine Airline” perform the first flight

On July 26, 2012 an air carrier of Ukraine -“UTair-Ukraine Airline” will perform the first regular flight from Tbilisi to Donetsk. Air Company will launch flights from Tbilisi International Airport to Donetsk Airport twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. The flights from Tbilisi Airport will be performed at 02:50 am by local time. Ukrainian Air Company will perform flights with CRJ-200 and ATR-72 type aircrafts.

TAV Georgia General Manager Mete Erkal said  - “We are very pleased, that  one more Ukrainian Air Company „UTair Ukraine“ will perform regular flights. We hope that, with the addition of the new flight we will facilitate the deepening of  friendly relationships  between Georgia and Ukraine. The entry of each new company to Georgia’s  aviation market is another clear example of how tourism and aviation sectors are developing in Georgia.”

„UTair Ukraine“ is a Ukrainian air company, which performs regular and charter flights on the territory of Ukraine. Its modern fleet consists of 11 aircrafts. „UTair Ukraine“ is the subsidiary company of a Russian air company „UTair“.

To celebrate the first flight of „UTair Ukraine“ to Tbilisi International Airport, an event will be held, which will be attended by TAV Georgia Management, the representatives of „UTair Ukraine“ in Georgia and other honorable guests.
