"El Al Airlines" First Flight At Tbilisi International Airport

The national airline company of Israel – “EL AL Airlines” has performed it’s first flight Tel-Aviv – Tbilisi – Tel-Aviv. Following flights will be performed via Boeing 738/739 type aircrafts. Tbilisi International Airport hosted an event organised for this occasion. The event was attended by the representatives of TAV Georgia management, „EL AL Airlines”, Georgian Civil Aviation Agency, United Airports of Georgia, Georgian National Tourism Administration, Sakaeronavigatsia and other respectful guests. Negotiations between the operator company of Tbilisi and Batumi International Airports – TAV Georgia and the national airline company of Israel – EL AL Airlines has started in the first half of 2016 and was successfully completed recently. EL AL Airlines also performs flights towards Tel-Aviv from Batumi International Airport. Besides EL AL Airlines, flights from Tbilisi International Airport towards Tel-Aviv are performed by Airzena, Arkia and ISR Air as well.
