Tbilisi Airport welcomes the first Estonian Air flight
Run by TAV Georgia –a subsidiary of TAV Airports Holding-, Tbilisi Airport will host direct flights from the Estonian capital Tallinn, four times week. This is the first direct flight route between the two capitals.
Estonia’s national carrier Estonian Air will commence flights from Tallinn to Tbilisi on April 9th 2012. First flight will arrive at Tbilisi at 04:05 a.m. and will depart at 04:45 a.m. Estonian Air will have four flights a week and flights will be performed by CRJ type aircrafts. Price of the round trip ticket will start from 228 Euro, offering passengers comfortable and safe flight.

With a fleet of 11 modern aircrafts, Estonian Air offers direct flights from the Estonian capital Tallinn to cities across Europe: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Copenhagen, Hannover, Helsinki, Kiev, London, Milan, Moscow, Nice, Oslo, Paris, Riga, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Trondheim, Vilnius, Vienna and Tartu.
Estonian Air has strong links with Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS). It operates frequent flights to SAS hubs in Copenhagen, Oslo, and Stockholm. The Airline boasts “Well connected with SAS” status and the airline’s frequent flyer program is in compliance with the SAS Euro Bonus scheme.
TAV Georgia commenced 2012 successfully, with the entrance of the world’s best, 5 star airline Qatar Airways in February. Except Estonian Air during the upcoming summer season Tbilisi International Airport will also host Alitalia – Italy’s largest airline company and Greek carrier, Aegean Airlines.
