On “Skytrax World Airport Awards 2015” held in Paris Tbilisi International Airport was named among one of the best Airports in the Eastern Europe for the second year in a row. In the result of survey of air-travellers – International Airports of Budapest Ferenc Liszt, Borispol (Kiev), Talin, Riga, Bratislava, Belgrade, Tbilisi, Sofia, Varna and Skopje- have been named as the best 10 airports of Eastern Europe of 2015 year. The World Airport Awards are based on 13 million customer nominations across 112 nationalities of air travellers, and included 550 airports worldwide. The survey evaluates customer satisfaction across several key performance indicators for airport service and product - from check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security and immigration, through to departure at the gate.
